Biotopes and Nature of Cyprus



Cyprus is a country with a lot of different kinds of biotopes and habitats. There are 6 main types of habitats in Cyprus:

1) The wetlands



2) Coast and Sandy zone

3) The lands that are cultivated

 

4) The shrub-lands



 

5) The rocky areas looking like deserts



and 



6) The forests

​

As a result, Cyprus has many different species in both fauna and flora.
