Larnaca



   Larnaca is the third largest town of Cyprus is located on the south side of the island.

 

   Locally Larnaca is also known as 'Skala' meaning ladder, as in the past this town was a very important port. Nowadays Larnaca has the largest airport in the country.

   Larnaca is also known for 'foinikoudes' (palm trees in Cypriot dialect) area which is a road with many palm trees.
